Check In

Check in is normally with Sergio Fernandez Estate Agents.  Head to Cómpeta from the airport.  As you come into Cómpeta the car park is on your left (note the first two rows on the left should be left clear on a Friday night/Sat AM as the market is held here weekly.)  Sergio Fernandez offices are at No 31 Avenida de la Constitucion which is on the left and a few shops along as you come out of the car park.  They are open until 6pm weekdays and until midday on Saturdays when someone will be there to give you your keys. Outside of these hours we can make alternative check in arrangements for you. Unfortunately you cannot park at either houses, which is normal in Competa, there are parking areas close by.

Self-check in when arriving late

From the car park you turn left, you pass Sergio Fernandez estate agents and you come to a fork in the road, you turn right here, this is La Rampa and it is quite steep. Go past Eroski Supermarket on your left.  At the top by the Church, if you look diagonally across the square to your left, you will see another short ramp.  You go up this ramp (it is between Salamandra BB and the Fish Shop/Pescaderia) and the top of this ramp is where you can stop to unload your car. Just behind Salamandra you will see in the corner No 9 with its wrought iron gated wooden door.  Between the wrought iron and the wooden door you will see a key box to your right.  You will be able to enter a key code which will make the front drop down to reveal the key so you can let yourself in, this can be sent to you before arrival.   Then once Sergio Fernandez are open if you could collect your set of keys from them and ensure you put the spares back in the key box please.
