Moorparks Farm Cottages consist of two, two bedroom holiday cottages within the grounds of Moorparks Farm.
Originally part of the farm outbuildings, Moorparks cottages have been refurbished to a very high standard. Each cottage has its own private garden with outside eating area and garden furniture. The bike store has a selection of outside games.

Moorparks Farm
We love our animals at Moorparks and we enjoy letting others experience being with them, hands on.
We started with our first three sheep about a year after moving to Devon, just to help keep the grass down.
Three pet alpacas followed and then it just carried on.
Our first three sheep were later followed by two Greyface Dartmoor wethers (these two made us full in love with the breed) and then Larry lamb came along. These we call the ‘pets’ and love some attention, Larry enjoys a nice walk around the fields.
We now have a small breeding flock of pedigree Greyface Dartmoor sheep, a local breed presently on the rare breeds list.
We recently purchased our first two Swiss Valais Blacknose sheep, up until only a few years ago these sheep were never seen outside of Switzerland. These are two ewe lambs and we will be breeding from them soon.
Our alpacas are all boys and just pets. After our first year of lambing we realised what great ‘security guards’ they are, they watch over the lambs and protect against foxes.We also have some chickens giving us, and our guests, fresh eggs.
Many of our guests spend hours with our animals and we are more than happy to share them with you and teach you more about them.
