Moorparks Cottages, the perfect place to stay while you explore Devon
Moorparks farm holiday cottages are located near Beaford, Winkleigh, North Devon. A perfect position to explore the North Devon coastline, but within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor and mid Devon. Only a few minutes drive to RHS Rosemoor and the town of Great Torrington, where you can easily join the Tarka Trail. There are plenty of nearby attractions to keep you busy.
Moorparks cottages are two, well presented, two bedroom cottages within the grounds of the original grade II listed farmhouse all which sit within 12 acres, part of which is still farmed. Both cottages have their own private garden, outside eating areas and garden furniture.
On site are our pet alpacas, chickens and sheep. We also have our breeding flock of ‘rare breed’ Greyface Dartmoor sheep.
There is a secure bike shed for bikes, golf or fishing equipment.

We have two cottages on site here at Moorparks Farm, each cottage is suitable for two to four guests. With loads of room for the family, and a peaceful environment, you can unwind easily. Moorparks is also home to our animals.
We have a breeding flock of rare breed Greyface Dartmoor sheep, lambing is usually February/March. Also in the sheep paddocks are our Swiss Valais Blacknose ewes, we intend to breed these starting next year. The six alpaca boys are our pets but also act as ‘security’ during lambing time and are happy to chase any fox away.
The chickens are Michele’s pets and provide eggs for breakfast!
