A home from home - that's what our guests tell us. We provide all the basics you need to settle in, including some welcome goodies and we'll even unpack your online shop before you arrive.
- Living room/dining area: Open plan with views of the sea, Torquay and surrounding hills; 40″ flat screen smart TV with Freeview and Netflix; electric fire; Bluetooth speaker and a selection of games; The glass dining table seats four.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker; Breakfast bar; separate utility area with a washing machine.
- Bedrooms: both situated in the tower. The romantic Top Tower Bedroom has almost 360 degree views with binoculars provided for guests’ use and is reached by a winding staircase. A sumptuous gold King size bed with bedside tables and lamps; a cupboard, chest of drawers, mirror and hairdryer.
- The Lower Tower Bedroom has zip and link twin beds which can be made as a Super King bed on request, hanging space for clothes, two bedside tables and a storage cupboard with a hairdryer. Both bedrooms have Egyptian cotton sheets and anti- allergy duvets and pillows;
- Main shower room: Large shower cubicle, Cascade shower head; WC and washbasin with storage cupboard. Shower Room 2: Shower cubicle, WC and basin.
- Entrance: the Penthouse is accessed from the ground floor through its own private entrance which leads to a hall with storage space for shoes and outdoor wear. Two flights of stairs then lead up to the apartment.
- The garden: steps lead down to a sheltered, private terrace with views of the harbour where there is a table and chairs. A parasol and sun loungers are provided in the Summer months.

Need to do an online shop?
We offer a complimentary unpacking service. Order your shopping for the day of your arrival and if it gets here before you do we will unpack it for you. Just let us know when it is coming.
Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Riverford Organic all deliver to us.

Accessibility:
Vane Tower is at the top of a hill and there is an uneven path to the front door and two flights of steps up to the apartment itself. There is a further flight of steps up to the top bedroom so, regretfully, the property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
No smoking policy.
Vane Tower Penthouse operates a no smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted anywhere, including the garden. For insurance reasons this includes the using and charging of e-cigarettes.
