Vane Tower is one of Torquay’s most striking buildings and has stood on top of Vane Hill, overlooking the town’s harbour, since 1872. This recently renovated, self-catering penthouse apartment sleeps four people and is perfect for couples and families. Binoculars are provided so guests can enjoy the breath taking views which sweep round from Brixham’s Berry Head to Dartmoor some 20 miles distant. If you are very lucky you may even see dolphins. The penthouse has two shower rooms and forms the top two floors of this Grade II listed villa. Guests have their own private entrance, a pretty courtyard garden and are minutes on foot from the harbour, beaches, water sports, restaurants and the famous South West Coast Path at the bottom of the hill. There is some storage space for kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles so if you want to bring your own please let us know. We look forward to meeting you.
