La Petite Auberge has stood proud at the beginning of Le Bourg, Carennac for over 150 years, as the original Hotel de Touriste. These grand iconic buildings were originally holiday homes for the French gentry in Carennac established itself as a major destination for the many to the Eglise Saint Pierre en-route to Rocamadour since the beginning of the 20th Century
La Petite Auberge is located in the heart of Carennac, close to many restaurants. It has breath taking valley views fr m our open air terraced restaurant, which is very popular in the summer, and one can see into and along the Dordogne Valley. Following extensive redecoration, we have a unique boutique chambre d’hotes, retaining much of the original features, including the odd creaky floorboard while fusing elements of contemporary, and of course, all with an Irish welcome.
