How to find us
By Car If you are driving and using satnav, the address is Holtby House, Main Street Holtby York YO19 5UD. This will take you into the village. If you are coming from the A166, Holtby House is on the right hand side, just after a bungalow set on a slight hill. If you reach the church then you have gone three houses too far. If you are coming from Holtby Lane or through Warthill then we are the third house after the church on the left hand side. Look for a wide entrance and pillars slightly further up the driveway. The front on to the road has a wall mounted with railings and lots of shrubs. There is a string of bright fairy lights along the front.
Please note that some apps, such as Google maps and Apple Maps, will refer to Main Street as Straight Lane. Make sure you have the right postcode with Straight Lane as it may send you to a different village!
If coming by bus, take the lane immediately by the bus stop, Panman Lane. At the end, turn right on to Main Street and continue for about 50yards. Holtby House is just after The Bungalow.
