No 17 Competa

We have the perfect house for your luxury holiday in Competa. No 17 is fairly new to the rental market! This is a house we have completely renovated ourselves and we are just a little bit in love with the finished product.  But don’t take our word for it, see what our guests have said!

The house features a rooftop pool with perfect views of the surrounding mountains and down to the sea on a clear day. It is in a lovely tranquil location, yet less than a minutes walk to the main Plaza Almijara square.

Set over four floors the house has a modern, lounge kitchen open plan area on the second floor. It has two bedrooms on the ground and first floor, the coolest floors in the building. One bedroom features a large king and the other a large double both featuring roomy en-suites.  The kitchen is fitted with high-end AEG appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.  It has air conditioning and heating throughout so is perfect for winter or summer. On the roof, there is a toilet and a wet room and shower.

No 17 features high-end Smart TV’s, luxury linens and towels.  Toiletries are all-natural from the Scottish Fine Soap company.  In fact, all you need to do is unpack!

This former shell of a building, without proper stairs, had untidy breeze block and un-plastered walls, meaning it was a mighty project to take on.  We cannot tell you how excited we are to see this project come to fruition! Our Spanish builders have listened to our design ideas, sometimes just shaking their heads, but then a chuckle and they have managed to make them happen. The building is now a beautiful modern building but with a tasteful nod to tradition, in example the Spanish tiles that are a beautiful feature throughout.
